Dr. Morgan holds the position of Tierney Chair and Acting Director of the Global Peace and Conflict Studies Center at the University of California, Irvine.
A frequent author, Professor Morgan has published numerous articles and books dealing with international relations and has held a number of fellowships. He earned a Ph.D. and MA from Yale University and a BA from SUNY, Binghamton.
